Booking and Cancellation Policy

Riding Lessons:

If you need to cancel your lesson or hack for any reason, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice.

Any riding lessons cancelled within the 48 hour period before your lesson, you will be charged. You must provide notice via our info@bristolridingschool.co.uk email, telephone or in person.

Please note block of 6 lessons must be used within 12 months and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All services are non-transferable.

Events:

If you wish to cancel your event for any reason, we ask for at least a 14 day notice. Any events which are cancelled within the 14 day period before your event, you will be charged. Notice must be provided via the info@bristolridingschool.co.uk email, telephone or in person.

Amending your Booking:

To amend your booking please contact us via email, telephone or in person. This must be 48 hours prior to your booking so we can discuss a time which suits better.
